Chill vibe in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The house is updated mid-century modern, that still has some old-school charms. It is light and airy, while also feeling cozy. I'm currently renting one spare bedroom, that has it's own private bathroom. The lush backyard is fenced. It has plenty of seating, a gas grill, and benefits from both sunny and shady spots.
Space
There are two rooms. One is on the North Eastern corner of the house. It has and adjoining private bath. A dresser, closet, and queen size bed. The other room is adjacent, on the South Eastern corner of the house. It has a king size bed, dresser and night stand. And has it's own full bathroom across the hall. Both rooms have a ceiling fan and cool/heat with a mini-split. Allowing optimum climate control and privacy.
Neighborhood overview
Great neighborhood that is quiet. A regional park one block away. Also, easy access to Salt Lake City, approximately a 15 to 20 minute drive to downtown. But also good location for skiing.
