Chill vibe in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The house is updated mid-century modern, that still has some old-school charms. It is light and airy, while also feeling cozy. I'm currently renting one spare bedroom, that has it's own private bathroom. The lush backyard is fenced. It has plenty of seating, a gas grill, and benefits from both sunny and shady spots.
