Beautiful sunny apartment - available Jan/01/2027

Excellent Landlord

Myself and a colleague stayed at Jucimar's apartment while filming a small feature film in the area. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Being near Roger Williams Park was a bonus. The apartment has great amenities and had everything we needed for a successful stay. Jucimar is very communicative, friendly, and responsive. Highly recommend.

Comfy & Spacious Apt

Absolutely amazing modern apartment with a view of the water! All the amenities you can desire and lots and lots of closet space! Super quiet neighborhood and quiet neighbors too! Parking is great and everyone has their own designated parking space on the premises. The landlord is respectful, a great communicator, values everyone's privacy, stays on top of timely repairs or clearing snow/ice during winter season and notifies well in advance if there is a need to enter the apartment. Great location to hit the Hwy for a hop, skip and a jump for shopping and work. I plan to stay here again in the future on assignment! Highly recommend this location!
