This property is perfect for one person, with capacity to entertain for 4 people to dinner. Queen bed sleeps two people, but it's a very small apartment. Lots of details considered in this renovation. Dimmers on all lights and owner/contractor meticulous about his work. He lives next door and works hard to be a good landlord. Although it's very close to UVA hospital, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and woodsy.
