Renters beware

We are experienced travel healthcare renters and landlords, but this was by far our worst experience. After a 12-hour drive, we arrived to a home that was extremely dirtyurine stains, dog hair everywhere, filthy surfaces, stained linens, and missing advertised items. Despite providing detailed photo evidence, the landlord dismissed our concerns, claiming it was professionally cleaned. We spent significant time cleaning the unit ourselves. At move-out, we left it in far better condition, yet were charged for pre-existing damage we had documented. Even with proof, the landlord refused to acknowledge it, blocked communication, and withheld money. Overall, this was a stressful experience marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and unfair charges. Rent at your own risk.
