Very nice housing option

Stayed for a month in this place. It’s close to all of Palo Alto’s offices, hospitals, bike trails etc. The rental units are in the back of the main house and away from the street, so it is very quiet as well. The unit itself is very well furnished, very new, thus very comfortable. And the host family is very welcoming. Parking, if one needs it, is on the streets and I always found a spot. Will happily book this place again if I need a place in this area.

Incredible Unit

Suruj was nothing but the absolute best to work with from the beginning to the end of our lease. Suruj was flexible and accommodating, always attentive to any issues we came across. The unit itself was as advertised and had everything we needed for a short term rental. The unit was spacious and had a great layout. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and consists of families. There are plenty of shops in the area, as well as nature preserves within walking distance (Stanford is a short drive away) As an active individual, I felt comfortable running in the neighborhood and felt safe coming home at all times of the day. Although I unfortunately moved on after the end of my lease, if I found myself back in the neighborhood, I would look forward to renting from Suruj again. Truly the best landlord one could ask for, 10/10.

Wonderful Unit and Great Owner

My name is Greg and my roommate and I were one of our host Suruj's first tenants. This is a brand new unit, ready to move in and fully furnished. The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood, a few blocks away from a shopping area and fast food. Every item that was needed for our short term stay was provided by Suruj, and any maintenance request or need we had was always addressed very promptly. On top of that, he offered to move our cars to avoid street cleaning while we were away and bought us gifts for the holidays. With utilities included + a parking spot available, this is the best and most affordable choice in the South Bay. Suruj is a 10/10 host, and if I am ever back in the area I will absolutely be staying here.
