My favorite parts of the home include the backyard patio that has a covered pergola equipped with 6 comfortable chairs and table. The patio also includes two sun bathing chairs. The kitchen stands out in the home with all stainless steel appliances and comes with nessesary items for any cooking adventure. Kitchen also comes stocked with general spices and herbs to get you started.

Definitely worth a look
Great house close to South locations of St Francis and Hillcrest. Easy access to downtown Tulsa and Broken Arrow. K*** is a great host, that is easy to get ahold of. If you're working in Tulsa or BA, this is a house to look at.

Amazing Host
We rented this furnished home while we were in between houses after selling our own, and the experience could not have been better. Kolt, the homeowner, made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. He was always communicative, responsive, and clear, which gave us so much peace of mind during what can otherwise be a stressful transition. The house itself is beautiful, thoughtfully furnished, and truly move-in ready. You will find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable staynothing was overlooked. It felt like a home, not just a short-term rental. The backyard was an added bonus: spacious, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a high-quality furnished rental with a dependable and attentive host.
