Private Furnished Room - Safe Coral Springs Neighborhood - Walking Distance to Broward Health Hospital

This is a new apartment building in the heart of downtown Coral Springs, so there are tons of restaurants and bars, as well as coffee shops and grocery stores. There is a beautiful pool as well as a state-of-the-art gym that has a ballet studio attached. The view from the sixth floor, which this apartment is on, is gorgeous; sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling window is the best way to drink your coffee in the morning.
