This is a very safe neighborhood, walkable to coffee shops, pizza, other restaurants, Dunkin and our state of the art library.
The lower village center offers a Target, grocery store, TJMaxx, as well as several other shops and restaurants.
Although there is only a washer with a drying rack in the unit Im happy to provide clean sheets and towels as needed. I live downstairs and I have reliable maintenance etc if required....

Upper apartment in Victorian home. 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bath with claw foot tub and shower. Large living room and dining room area. Full kitchen with dishwasher. There is a portable washer that spins with a drying rack. No dryer.
