Worth the Stay & Your Time!
I've rented this lovely, quaint, shotgun half for almost 8 months now and I hate to leave. The area is wonderful, the neighbors are quiet and the street car up the street takes me to almost everything I need to do. Aside from all of that the Owner/Landlord is a breeze to live next to. She responds quickly, has great suggestions for things to do and isn't even home a lot of the evenings. Rent this place and you won't regret it. The only reason I'm leaving is because I need a studio for my art, otherwise, I'd never go!
