Exceptional property for summer intern in private equity

My son, who interned at a private equity firm this summer, stayed at this lovely one-bedroom. It was safe, well-furnished, up-to-date, and modern. It was minutes from the train to commute to his office and right in a good neighborhood with easy access to Lifetime Fitness, excellent restaurants, and the freeway. Highly recommend this space. Phil is an excellent landlord, and it is a great property to be in.

Great Building and Landlord

I had a great stay here. Philip was an excellent landlord always helpful whenever anything came up, quick to respond, and fast to fix any issues. He was also respectful of privacy and never invasive, which made the stay feel very comfortable. The space was clean, quiet, and private, with everything I needed for a smooth stay. The location was also great and convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay.

Amazing unit! Don't pass it up!

This unit is amazing! Stayed here for work for over 2 months, and was sad I had to leave. Pictures are EXACTLY what the units look like, no editing. The shared kitchen is perfect for wanting a real stove/oven, parking and laundry IN BUILDING?? You can't beat it! If there's availability, snag this unit while you can!

Cozy, clean, spacious apt

Stayed here for 3 months, everything was kept super clean, apartment is brand new and everything works well. If any issues were to pop up Phil tries to get it fixed on the same day. Highly recommend staying here for short term and long term stays.
