I don’t know how to properly reply to someone’s review but for anyone seeing this I am the landlords son and I want to clarify James W. Is not entirely as he presents himself. I don’t wish negativity on anyone however he is a VERY misleading man. I won’t put his business out there; however when I came back to Florida for a visit, I came to the house in a much worse condition than we left it, we always make sure before leaving the house is cleaned and ready for any guest to stay. We’ve had several guest before James and never had a problem. However I have literal recorded proof on my phone, of how messy and destructive the environment was when I got there. It’s clear to me you have some major personal issues which has Nothing to do with me, that’s fine and all, I’d never publicly speak on someone’s issues HOWEVER I do not appreciate the slander of my mother’s business I don’t take unjust things like that kindly. Started off great, didnt end that way.

I moved in on December 1 and received great hospitalityshe picked me up from the airport. The landlord wasnt there initially, so I had the whole property to myself. After a few days, she returned briefly, which was nice as we got to know each other. I discussed extending my stay to 3 months, and she seemed happy about it. When she left again, she left the house messy with a sink full of dishes for me to clean. After I opened up about going through a marriage crisis, her attitude changed abruptlyshe became indifferent, uneasy, and quickly asked me to leave by months end. On my last day, she demanded extra money that was never agreed upon. When I refused, she kicked me out early, forcing me to wait on the street for my ride out of frustration. Terrible experience. It starts warmlyshe presents as a devout believer with lots of empathybut once youre no longer useful, she shows complete lack of care. AVOID long-term stays.
