Safe & convenient to John Muir Hospital!

We lived in Ali's apartment for over 3 months while I was on a travel contract at John Muir Hospital. It was so convenient because I was able to walk across the street to work! He provided all the necessary essentials we would need for our stay, which was much appreciated. Ali is very responsive and willing to help in any way necessary. We needed a quick move in, and requested an extension on our lease and he was happy to help. We were grateful to have parking passes for both of our cars, including one reserved spot. The people in the community are quiet and all of the residents we encountered were respectful. The only minor issue we had was that the apartment faces Ygnacio Valley Rd, so it can be a bit loud with road noise at times. I really appreciated the white noise machine that Ali provided and used it all the time. If you are considering renting this place, I would recommend it! You won't be able to find a nicer landlord.
