I have a nice room and private bathroom. There is a TV in your room. There is a laundry room with a refrigerator for you to use. I also have some room in the pantry for food and a cupboard for anything else you'd need. I don't mind you in the living room when I am not home but no eating allowed. I have a kitchen and dining room where you can eat and cook.
