This is a beautiful 1923 arts and crafts bungalow, built by a prominent doctor, who had a lot to do with the establishing the first hospital in North Bend in 1923 also. You will have the use of the common areas 95% of the time, since this is a vacation home for me. I also ask that my guests have no pet,s do not smoke anything, and do not burn candles. This house has natural gas heat, which is very rare in North Bend, Oregon.

This is a large bedroom in a beautiful vintage home. You would have the use of all common areas to yourself 95% of the time. This is my vacation home, and I wouldn't be there more than once a month.
