This property is in terrible condition with poor renovations. Painted-over drawers won't open, high humidity warps the doors, and the bathroom lacks electrical outlets. Rotted door seals let insects in, kitchen appliances function poorly, and multiple air fresheners mask a strong leftover smoke odor.The worst issue is the well water: the filtration is inadequate, smelling strongly of sulfur and damaging hair. Additionally, the listing falsely claimed a pool, functioning gate, and RV parking. None of these exist or work.Finally, the landlord wrongfully withheld the $1,000 security deposit. After charging a prior $300 cleaning fee and a $1,200 pet fee, they deducted $500 for cleaning and $400 for painting upon move-out. Not only were these services previously covered or standard, but the charges total $900, meaning at least $100 should have been returned.
