I've had a great experience staying in this unit during my summer internship in NYC. The apartment was very clean and completely move-in ready when I arrived, with everything I needed to feel comfortable right away. The space is well laid out and has been a great place to come home to after work. Greg has been an excellent host. The light rail station is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, making it easy to get to the PATH and into Manhattan. I stayed in this studio apartment with my girlfriend and we had a great time. The landlord is very responsive with any issues and questions we had, and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. The place was quiet, and we had private parking behind the residence. The LED lighting is a nice touch, and there is a small dining table that you can eat on.
