I stayed from June 12th to August 8th, and it was absolutely great!!. Newly furnished, clean, and very responsive land lord. Highly recommend.

Excellent Stay with Easy NYC Commute

I've had a great experience staying in this unit during my summer internship in NYC. The apartment was very clean and completely move-in ready when I arrived, with everything I needed to feel comfortable right away. The space is well laid out and has been a great place to come home to after work. Greg has been an excellent host. He is friendly, welcoming, and very responsive whenever I've had a question or needed assistance. The location is also very convenient for commuting. The light rail station is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, making it easy to get to the PATH and into Manhattan. The neighborhood is quiet and residential while still being well connected. Overall, this has been a comfortable, hassle-free stay, and I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for housing in the Jersey City area.

Had a wonderful stay at this studio! Greg and Kim are incredibly friendly and thoughtful landlords who were always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions or concerns. They truly care about their guests and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The studio itself is quiet, secure, and very well maintained. It gets great natural light during the day, and the LED lighting gives the space a modern and cozy feel. The small dining area was a nice touch, and having private parking right outside the backyard made everything even more convenient. Review of studio

I stayed in this studio apartment with my girlfriend and we had a great time. The landlord is very responsive with any issues and questions we had, and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. The place was quiet, and we had private parking behind the residence. The LED lighting is a nice touch, and there is a small dining table that you can eat on. Overall, I would recommend this apartment and you can be assured that the landlord cares about you.
