This is a renovated 1910 cottage in a historic neighborhood, bordering downtown Tulsa. It is close to OSU Medical, Hillcrest and St. John's. It's also very close to downtown amenities such as concert venues, restaurants and sports arena as well as the Riverparks trail system.

The house is a 1910 cottage in a historic neighborhood, off the southwest corner of downtown and 2 blocks from the Riverparks trail system. The OSU Medical Center is a 5 min walk and the Hillcrest an St. Johns facilities are very short driving commute.

Riverview is nicely positioned next to downtown and Riverparks trail system. It's very walkable, close to most of the major hospital complexes and all downtown amenities. It hosts many of the city celebrations such as Tulsa Tough and 4th of July.

Tulsa wonderful
We had a wonderful stay at this cute 2-bedroom, 1-bath home. The location is perfect—right in the center of the city with super easy access to the freeway, which made getting around so convenient. The house itself was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell it’s well taken care of. The owner was also incredibly responsive and helpful. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, they were quick to reply and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, a great place to stay—I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!
