Property is a safe and quiet. We have two gates on property leading to back guest house. Super green with lots of trees and grass and plants. Guest house has a secure key pad with a private code to enter. There is a patio outside of guest house. Property is well kept and clean.

Bedroom with partial kitchen. Sink, dishes, silverware, microwave, small refrigerator. Full bathroom with bathtub and shower. TV with Disney +, Amazon, Netflix. Small closet, pull out couch, desk. Air/heating wall unit. Door with lock. Small private patio for guest house. We have two gates - one in the front of driveway and then an additional gate leading to the backyard. Guest house is very private and safe.

Prime Location & Hospitable Stay
This place is in a very convenient location, I did not have to commute on the freeway for almost the entirety of my stay. Betsy and her husband are also very hospitable and kind, making sure you have everything you need. The place is very cozy, I looked forward to sitting on the couch and watching TV every night! It is just as nice as it looks in the pictures! Parking was not difficult at all, I could always find a reliable park that was only a few minutes walk away. Overall a very solid choice for a place to stay and I would for sure come back if I needed to be in LA again!
