Unfortunately, this property was not accurately represented in the listing. The lease stated that the rental included access to the entire property, however upon arrival, the home was substantially filled with the owner’s personal belongings, significantly limiting usable space. This was not disclosed in the listing or prior communication and materially affected the rental. Because the space did not match what was advertised, we were unable to stay beyond one day. Despite this, the owner was unwilling to issue a refund, even though the property did not align with the terms of the lease or listing description. Prospective renters—especially those expecting full access as advertised—should proceed with caution and ask very specific questions before booking.
