New - 12 South private apartment in walkable neighborhood

Perfect home away from home!

I stayed in this rental during an internship in Nashville. This was my first experience with Furnished Finder and, after this, the bar is set high! It was the perfect home away from home. The owner, Alan, was so helpful from our first interaction and throughout my stay. He was always quick to respond and went above and beyond keeping things maintained perfectly. His daughter, who lives on the property, was a great neighbor. The apartment was in top-notch condition, furnished nicely and very clean. It had everything I needed for my three month stay. I was able to walk right in with only my clothes and toiletries. The neighborhood is a dream, just a short walk to all the shops and dining in 12 South, a great farmers market and the Belmont campus. I felt safe at all times, day or night. Uber rides were convenient and affordable when I visited The Gulch or Broadway. Absolute 10/10 experience. Couldn't recommend more.

3 Month Internship - The Perfect Home

I had a 3 month internship with the Nashville Predators and had a fantastic stay at this Furnished Finder rental!. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed to feel at home right away. The location was ideal, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, work, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet throughout my stay. I especially appreciated how well-maintained everything was, from the furnishings to the kitchen supplies. Alan was excellent, responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with whenever I had questions. He made the entire process, from move-in to move-out, smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a mid-term stay! It was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.
