Enjoyable
We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4, plus pets, at the Belvedere house. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Brittany & Jordan checked in often to see if we needed anything and always wanted to take care of things if they weren't up to par. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to many stores and food options, as well as downtown and a couple of the Blackwater Creek trails. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Beware
Do not rent here!! Ants in the kitchen, washer and dryer are loud and knock the entire counter top shakes in the kitchen. Everything is very worn, dirty, old, kept my security deposit. Tried staying here for a travel nursing job, what a headache!! There is another apartment beneath this do it's not very private and the area is not the safest part of town.
