Brand New, Cozy 1br/1ba unit

Love this place

I spent over 3 months at this property and cannot recommend it enough. The hosts are a wonderful, gracious family who truly went above and beyond. They even installed an EV charger for me during my stay. The property is brand new, spotlessly clean, and quiet. My favorite feature is the natural light coming from windows in all 4 directions. It's fully equipped for a long-term stay: Kitchen: Brand-new appliances including stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, and a huge fridge/freezer Laundry: Smart washer/dryer prefilled with soap so you don't even need detergent. Living: High-speed internet, smart TV, vacuum, iron/board, and tons of closet space/hangers. The location is unbeatable for commuting. Super quick freeway access and just 2 minutes from Lakewood Town Center for grocery stores, restaurants, and a gym. And a burger place with great shakes. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat

Home away from home

My wife and I are travel nurses and stayed here for 3 months. It is a very cozy place with in a beautiful area of Tacoma. The place had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Bed and couch were comfortable and had enough space for the belongings we brought with us. Everything was brand new and worked well. Kevin was very accommodating and checked in with us several times to make sure we were doing okay. While the place is very close to the main house, Kevin and his family made sure to give us plenty of space and privacy during our stay. We would have stayed longer if the place wasn't booked out already. Highly recommend!!
