Great Unit, Great Location, Great Landlord!
We moved to Philadelphia from TX in January and knew very little about the city and were looking for a good place to stay for a few months while we figured out where to go longer term. We spent a few weeks in a hotel looking at various options around the city, but once we visited this unit and met Chris, we knew we had found our spot! The location is amazing, with tons of bars and restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away. Close to a train station so we could get to other parts of the city, and just a half mile walk to the Delaware River. We always felt safe walking around the area as well. The unit is clean and well-furnished, and Chris is an attentive and communicative landlord. We are super glad we found this place when we did and highly recommend it!
