This property has been in the family since its construction in about 1940. The studio addition, built in 2003, is attached and private. Modern construction and feel in a tropical setting. We have large trees and lots of greenery which provide habitat, food (ulu and coconut) and shade, helping to keep the studio side (makai/ocean side) of the property cool. Sweet neighborhood and neighbors. Beach town vibe, visitors and locals alike enjoying Kailua beachside. A block from Kalama Beach Club and Kalama Beach Park with new lifeguard tower, showers, restrooms and parking. Three mile stretch of sandy beach. Head East for sunrise and grab a coffee at the Kalapawai Market. Head Northy to touch the "end", past "Castle's" - and back for a great stretch of the legs.
