Great neighborhood. One minute walk to beach. Close to Kailua Town. Tamarind and monkeypod trees in front, coconut trees in back. Nice back yard. Picnic table with umbrella. Lanai seating. BBQ. Sweet neighborhood and neighbors. Beach town vibe, visitors and locals alike enjoying Kailua beachside. A block from Kalama Beach Club and Kalama Beach Park with new lifeguard tower, showers, restrooms and parking. Three mile stretch of sandy beach. Head East for sunrise and grab a coffee at the Kalapawai Market. Head Northy to touch the "end", past "Castle's" - and back for a great stretch of the legs.
