Looking for a female who is comfortable sharing the space. This is a very large duplex with an airy feel. Lots of windows and natural light, comfortable furniture, lots of plants. A deck in the backyard. It is not fancy however, nor am I. There is another apartment below us, once in awhile I hear the neighbor's dog barking but very rarely.
