Great house and wonderful landlord
I found this house for my son to stay at while he was doing his externship in Jacksonville. Adriana the landlord was absolutely wonderful! She quickly responded to any questions when we were looking for a rental place and was always available during his stay. The house is absolutely charming. It is a beautiful historic home that has been renovated with modern touches, yet preserving the historic character. The kitchen is a dream kitchen for anyone who enjoys cooking. Very bright & roomy with lots of natural light all day long. The house is located in Riverside, a very quiet neighborhood with close walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store. I would highly recommend staying here.
