Just what we needed

My son and I stayed here while our house went through an unexpected renovation. The building is cute and quiet, and the space is clean and includes all the things we needed. We enjoyed the neighborhood; walking the historic streets or taking the dog to City Park. It's also close to Colfax, with shops and restaurants and grocery stores. We've had the idea to recommend it to out of town family and friends when they come to visit.

Good neighborhood

Great neighborhood for walking with beautiful mature trees. My husband and I have made friends with multiple neighbors. Condo has fun vintage features and lots of natural light.
