Neighborhood overview
Niwot is a quiet safe town of about 4,000 people. There's a lot to explore from a nature perspective and it's also fun walking/biking the neighborhoods. The retail areas are within 1-5 minutes walk from the condo. It's just 45 minutes to Denver or to the closest ski area, Eldora. The condo is between Boulder and Longmont, just a short drive to Louisville, Lafayette, and Erie.

Highly Recommend!!
My stay in Niwot was great! Vicky and Jim were extremely helpful and addresses any questions or concerns almost immediately. I really appreciated their communication and care. Close to the market and multiple great restaurants. Property was clean, safe, and had everything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Boulder or the surrounding areas.

Cozy Apartment with Friendly Hosts!
We loved our stay in Niwot. The apartment was clean and well-furnished, and in a great location to walk around Niwot (whether on the walking trails or to the downtown strip). The Niwot Market is a 2 minute walk away! Best of all, Vicky and Jim are very kind and helpful hosts. They seemed to genuinely care about our comfort and enjoyment.

2 min walk to stores and restaurants, minutes to Niwot schools
Excellent location. Walk to stores and restaurants. Short few minute drives to Longmont and Boulder. Very responsive landlord. Interior is clean and nice. Exterior is connected to green patch/small play area. Lots of walking trails in the area. Very friendly and quiet neighbors. Plenty of parking space. I highly recommend this property.
