Amazing location and top notch landlords
Its hard to find a good location, free parking, and a washer and dryer for a decent price in Denver. This lovely basement unit was within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, Trader Joes, a movie theater, and parks! The streets are lined with beautiful, mature trees, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The landlords, Owen and Courtney, were very communicative and thoughtful. I loved running into them and having the chats we shared. This was my first time living alone and working as a travel nurse, and I feel so lucky to have stayed in such a wonderful spot with fantastic landlords! 10/10 Id stay again.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!
I could not have found a better place to stay in Denver when I was out here for the ski season! The place had everything I needed (closet spaces, personal kitchenette, washer/dryer next to my door, parking spot right at the back entrance). It had a bedroom, which was super nice to keep it separated from the kitchen and living room area. The furniture was super cute and comfy, well kept and very clean, which made the stay feel so homey. Owen and Courtney were the best landlords!! Always ready to chat if you want, but also so great about keeping the place 'yours'. And their dog, Bennie, was the cutest and best boy :) The area was perfect, too. It's walking distance to a bunch of good restaurants, Trader Joes, and a great park to walk/run to. It's such a cute neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here! The place felt like home!!
