Modern 1BR Garden Apartment in Quiet Canarsie - Private Backyard & Office

Great Experience from Start to Finish!

We had such a lovely stay here! The landlords are a sweet local couple and were always very responsive. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is small but very functional and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, full-size fridge, and great pans for cooking. The living room is spacious, and we especially loved the study nook. The bathroom had plenty of shelves and storage under the sink. The bedroom was also spacious and had a surprisingly large closet that fit all of our clothes and multiple suitcases. There were plenty of DoorDash options nearby. Parking on the same block was not always easy, but we could always find a spot on the next block over. Canarsie was calm and quiet overall, aside from occasional Sunday events at the nearby park. It was also only about a 13-minute drive from Brookdale Hospital. We would definitely recommend staying here!
