This adorable charming bungalow is a must see - 3 bedroom , 1.5 bath. I do reside here but mostly part time - I travel a lot. I have 2 guest bedrooms so this is a roommate situation. Schedules flow very naturally, it's a quiet and clean environment.

My stay in KC!
I had a great experience staying here during my time in Kansas City. My landlord was very kind, welcoming, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The place was comfortable, well maintained, and I always felt at home during my stay. I really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a good place in Kansas City!

Perfect 4-Month Stay with an Amazing Host!
Heather is a fantastic host-responsive & thoughtful, making my 4-month move-in & stay seamless. The hardwood floors & natural light make the space warm & inviting. The queen bed was comfy, & the kitchen had everything: full fridge, utensils, pots/pans, spices, oven, dishwasher, tea kettle & essentials. On-site W/D was a plus. Location is unbeatable-under 10 mins to downtown KC, Overland Park, Brookside & Waldo for restaurants, shops & offices, yet the neighborhood is quiet & safe. Dedicated parking made it stress-free. Heather is every traveler's dream host-frequently away, but when present, sweet, respectful, & keeps the house spotless. Shoutout to Dorian, her 50lb dog-the sweetest, calmest "momma's boy" who added a cozy, homey feel. If you're a medical student, travel nurse, or professional, book this without hesitation! Heather thought of everything. I'll definitely be back. Muchas gracias, Heather!
