Diamond in the rough
Perfect place to live or short term. Home is beautifully decorated, all the amenities, washer and dryer available and included, keyless entry. Location is within minutes of LSU, Downtown Baton Rouge and all of the must try restaurants. Plenty of parking and very friendly neighbors. Manager was always quick to respond to any questions that came up. The price on this property makes it a steal. Definitely a home away from home!
