Wonderful, cozy and quiet

I stayed for two and a half months and my experience was excellent. The cottage is cozy, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. It's located in an alley away from the street, so it's very peaceful and private, with very few noises other than birds and squirrels. I have two cats which are normally indoors-only, but I felt perfectly safe letting them out to the yard. The neighborhood is calm and and beautiful. I enjoyed going on walks and seeing the variety of trees, gardens and houses. Berkeley Bowl West is great for groceries, since it's 10 minutes away on foot. There are also convenient bus routes to downtown Berkeley and Oakland nearby. Corinna was an excellent landlord and promptly responded to my messages. The neighbors were also friendly.
