My stay with Robin was peaceful. She was a great host. The upstairs unit was very clean and peaceful. All good reviews for Robin.

Terrible Room mate/ Landlord

I lived here recently for 6 months on a verbal month to month agreement. During the time I stayed there, the place was filthy, never cleaned, two dogs which dont go outside so youre stepping around peepads that sometimes sit there for days. You have to climb over a gate going upstairs every time. Landlord/ roommate drinks every day. Robin also backed into my car and didnt even say anything thinking I wouldnt notice but of course I did. And last but not least your deposit is NOT refundable cuz she spends it as soon as she gets it. I even offered to cut the deposit in half ($500) cuz I was a good friend to her and she told me she technically didnt have to give me anything. So beware future tenants!
