The gas fireplace "insert" pushes out a lot of heat. FYI it cost me $120 to get that model to sit there and look comfortable...you'd think I could have gotten her to face the camera...

Dining table has a leaf to seat 6-8 comfortably.

bike locks; best to bring your own bike helmuts, or purchase one, but I do have 1-2 older ones in the garage you're welcome to use.

Dock. I still can't get that expensive model to turn around...

The dock goes out mid April

During the last few weeks in April you may use these; I'm only opening up the extended stay option from Jan-April, sorry: in the summer families/groups rent my house for 1-2 weeks for $300/night; I doubt you could get a group of 3-6 nurses to do that long term, but text me at 608-515-1288 if you think you could.

I'm just including this drone shot I clipped to give you a sense of how the downtown of Madison is literally build on an isthmus: 1/2 mile north of the capitol, Lake Mendota; 1/3 mile south of the capitol, Lake Monona. I'm on Monona Bay.
