Our tiny home tries really hard to be as wonderful as the cedar tree it sits next to. It even dressed itself in fancy cedar siding and lathered itself with tung oil. And although its efforts may have failed (it's hard to top mother nature), a definite theme has been born. Runner-up names included 'Hail, Cedar!' and '20,000 Leagues Beneath the Cedar.'

The tiny house sits on the left side of our property and is surrounded by a tall privacy fence. In effect, guests have an entire enclosed property to themselves, including driveway parking. Within your yard there is a patio with string lights, furniture, hammock, & grill. There is also a new shed with washer & dryer and large storage totes. Lastly, there is a lean-to shed with two cruiser bicycles.

Neighborhood overview
Riverland Terrace is super cute and one of Charleston's most coveted neighborhoods. It boasts a community garden, yoga studio, coffee/smoothie spot, great bars & restaurants, an independent movie theatre, and a concert venue (The Pour House) which hosts an awesome farmer's market on Sundays. All accessible on foot or with the provided bicycles.
