Im looking for a clean and neat person to share my beautiful home with. No pets allowed because the upstairs has carpets. I do have 3 Shiatzus living with me at the bottom of house. Children are welcomed. Its in a safe neighborhood and close to large department stores, supermarkets, parks and many more needed services.

This is a jack and jill set up and the price is for the queen size bed is $1200 all included. If you rent both rooms, and all utilities are included, I would rent both rooms for $2000. Both rooms are fully furnished.
