Quiet MIL unit near St. Peters

This 615 square feet unit is the mother-in-law apartment that sits above the landlords garage. It was built approximately ten years ago and most of the furnishings have seen little use. The landlord lives on the same property, which is a two-acre lot on a moderately quiet road. It is close to freeway access and a grocery store. The property is fenced and sits across the street from a wooded area.
