Amazing Property!

This cottage is perfect! From the great customer service that Tom provides to the coziness inside the cottage, I would highly recommend this to anyone. There is nothing like sitting out on the patio, doing work, and enjoying the weather of Western North Carolina. Inside, the comfortable bed sleeps so good! It was very convenient to have an in-home washer and dryer as well. The overall neighborhood is very peaceful and tucked away from the "hustle and bustle" of the city. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Asheville area, let this be your sign to book this cottage! 10/10 recommend!!!

Serene Cottage

I had the honor of staying in this newly built cottage. It was decorated and supplies with essentials with much thought and consideration. The hosts, Tom and Marsha are very accommodating and welcoming. Marsha bake sumptuous cookies for me while Tom does all the man’s job. He added air in my tires with his own pump, he searched for my keys when i dropped it in between the console and chair, he brought the potted flowers in his house to protect it from getting frozen, and many more errands. Ask him for anything and he will immediately deliver. I would stay here again if and when given the chance.

Awesome Cottage in Asheville

I stayed here while working for 3 months and couldn’t have asked for a better place! It’s only 3 miles from the hospital in a quiet, safe South Asheville neighborhood. The cottage is brand new, spotless, and clearly maintained to a very high standard — everything felt fresh and professionally sanitized. Tom and Marsha treated me like family. They are right next door but the cottage is completely private. During a power outage the power was out for 3 days, but they have automatic generators that kept the cottage warm and safe. During an ice storm they took me to work 4 wheel drive! I loved the natural light, blackout curtains for great sleep, and having my own washer and dryer. The fenced yard and beautiful landscaping made it feel like a peaceful little retreat — I would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy Clean

I really enjoyed my stay! The cottage is cozy, exceptionally clean and loaded with upscale amenities. The hosts are accommodating and attentive to the details of a well maintained and cared for property. It feels like a mountain retreat. Can’t wait to stay again!
