I arrived on March 6 and was supposed to stay until 11/1, but its been one issue after another. Upon arrival, the mattress was rock hard, the unit was dirty, and there was no WiFi planned. Those were only addressed after I complained. I was also promised a washer/dryer, mini split, and removal of the large pile of junk outside, but none of that happened. I reported dangerously hot water, was told it was because of the well, then went days without hot waterconfirming there was an actual problem. I also reported the window A/C units werent cooling properly and was accused of lying. The microwave nearly caught fire and was replaced with another used one. Most furnishings are secondhand and poorly maintained. After I raised concerns about the A/C, the husband told me to get out despite my rent being paid. They also intend to withhold my deposit without justification. The wife is argumentative, and youre constantly monitored by their Ring camera. DONT RENT THIS DUMP!
