Awesome Location, Friendly Hosts

My stay in Bellingham was absolutely magical. I spent January here working remotely from the loft, which has a beautiful bay view. The location is fantastic - SO many great trails within walking distance, I hiked almost every day! The owners live next door and are very friendly and responsive. They checked in multiple times a week and were quick to help with anything that came up, including resolving lighting issues as there weren't yet curtains during my stay. They also kindly offered meals and kept communication open when I had guests, and provided hiking and food recommendations. This is a great choice if you appreciate available, attentive hosts. The studio has nearby parking and a well-stocked kitchen, though counter space is limited. Overall, it was a perfect, comfortable setup for a solo traveler with the occasional guest.

Very Special Place

This ADU is modern, with top-of-the-line appliances, fabulous cooking and coffee/tea-making amenities, a very comfortable bed, a great shower, washer, dryer, etc ... and everything is in a beautiful and peaceful location that is still just minutes -- or a nice trail run or bike ride -- from Fairhaven and Bellingham proper. The hosts, who live next door, are wonderful people who go out of their way to make you feel at home. They are a great resource if you are in the area for the first time. I've done monthly rentals all over the world and this is the best place I've ever stayed.
