Emile understand the concept of having a tenant to be comfortable, especially as a woman traveling by myself. He do have cameras along the properly for safety and during the snowstorms, the next day, he always have the driveway and walkways cleared out, so no injuries could occur. I had two instances where the water heater was not working properly and for both instances, he did not hesitate to send someone to help fix the issue. I just wish things would’ve had worked with the hospital I was working in. I would’ve stayed a longer. You don’t not have to worry much about napkins, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc. Although I came prepared with all the essentials, I was still shocked that he had everything that I would need. I did not have to go to the Dollar tree once. Thank you Emile for providing a safe environment while I was staying there, I really appreciate it. Oh and he is really easy to talk to.
