This home was built in 1905. It's a three-bedroom home. There are two full baths which are shared. One is up and has a vintage iron tub with a shower curtain and the downstairs bath has a modern, enclosed shower. There is a gas range for cooking which is very nice and a cozy breakfast nook that I enjoy seeing guests use. There is a nice fenced in back yard with a porch swing. We also have a wood burning fire pit we can sit at oc...
Space
There is a small desk and office chair, a dresser with a mirror. Large window overlooking a green empty lot which has a black out shade. I have central heat/air but also supply a space heater and window unit for individual climate control. Wood floors. Barn door with a latch inside and hasp on the outside where you can use your own padlock if you like.
