Private apartment in country setting located on 3 acres. A creek runs through the center of the property. The residence is gated. Our home is also located on the property. We are close enough to borrow a cup of sugar but far enough to feel secluded. Our golden doodle also lives with us on the property.

Neighborhood overview
Located south of Asheville, it is located near the end of a road with no outlet, so we do not see a lot of traffic. Very close to everything but you feel like you are out in the country. A great place to relax after work. The property is close to the parkway, which offers some great hiking.
