Open Space and comfortable

Sam and Jess are excellent people easy to work with very attentive to every detail. This home was perfect for my wife and I while in NC on a long term project and is close to Asheville without the traffic. Lots of squirrels and birds that come visit right outside a big picture frame window. Modern appliances and beds are comfortable. Probably one of the best FF finds I have stayed at!

An Excellent Monthly Rental!

This house is in very good repair, clean, updated, comfortable and attractive. It's very well supplied. Starter supplies such as paper towels, dish and laundry detergent, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, kitchen wraps and bags were all there. Utensils were exceptional and there was plenty of silverware, as well as dishes, glasses, bowls, pots and pans, baking needs and an option of coffee pot or individual pod machine. The property is set back in from the road offering a nice private setting with a huge yard and yet is so close in driving distance to everything. Location - a convenient 4-10 min drive to everywhere I went. The landlords were easy to communicate with and very responsive. I was cold at first and he came over, made some changes and checked back. His wife contacted me with suggestions of events going on in town. I would highly recommend this house. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in town near our son and grand children.
