1 BR Apartment on Lovely Horse farm

This place looks fabulous in the photos. The reality is the only windows are on one side of the apartment. The place is very dark even on sunny days. The horse farm is completely mismanaged and you will be overrun with random people in and out at weird hours messing with horses. The landlords are not involved in the running of the horse farm at all and allow the boarders to run the place. The place is not cared for at all. Waist high weeds, sloppy waterlogged areas just outside the door of the apartment that are riddled with flies because they have ruined the drainage. Piles of random boards and debris dumped here and there on the property. No one lives on the property who takes care of the horses ( 6 of them) so when they destroy the fence and get out, there is no one to deal with the horses. Landlords live off property and have no idea what to do anyway. Could be an awesome place but sadly isn't.
