there is a well-lit sidewalk to the entry of the condo. this is a well-maintained unit. It offers excellent access to the Colorado School of Mines and downtown Golden where there are many unique shops and restaurant's. A 2 minute walk it NREL entrance.

Great place with great service
I stayed at this place for approximately two months and really enjoyed it. The house is spacious and well equipped, with a nice kitchen that includes all essential amenities, a cozy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small laundry area near the entrance. In short, it has everything you need for a longer stay. Everything was clean upon arrival, and all amenities were in excellent condition. The reservation process was smooth and transparent. The host was very responsive and always ready to answer any questions. Location: – A few minutes’ walk to the NLR (formerly NREL) – A short drive to Golden – Several beautiful hikes in the surrounding area I strongly recommend this place to anyone considering a longer stay.

Nice, clean place
This was a nice cozy little place quiet and with great views of the mountains. It had all the amenities that I needed, comfortable bed and parking. The host was great and responsive to any questions I had
