Your room is on the first floor of a three-story house overlooking the gorgeous Castlewood Golf Course and Highway 680. Its the only bedroom on that floor, so you'll have the entire level to yourself at night. Total privacy! You'll share the kitchen, laundry, and garage. Gas and electricity are included in the rent, and there's even EV charging...

It's ideal for one person. If two people, the price would be $2200 and $1200 security deposit is required.
Since the house sits on a hill, there are lots of steps in and out great for a mini workout! We also have a friendly dog who lives exclusively on the third floor and a cat.
While I marked "shared" entrance, there is a separate entrance - without pavement to the entrance.

Quiet residential area directly adjacent to a private golf course. Country club parking is available, and Pleasanton Ridge located just behind the club offers extensive hiking trails.
